Here's Belinda's top 15 tips for Event Management.
  1. It's all about communication.
  2. It's never the same as last time / year.
  3. It's all in the planning before you get on site.
  4. If in doubt, leave it out.
  5. If you can't hide it, show it off.
  6. If you can't rehearse it, be afraid, be very afraid.
  7. There are no problems, only solutions.
  8. Learn when to spend money to solve a problem.
  9. Be flexible - be open to change.
  10. It's often the little things that count the most.
  11. Never underestimate the client's requirements - they often don't know what they need.
